Allergy ADHD Wanganui is a non-profit support group that offers help to those who suffer from allergy or food intolerance. We also assist families who want to help their ADD/ADHD/ODD children through a change in diet.
We have information on:
- Allergy/ADHD support group throughout the country
- Allergy specialists
- Allergy skin tests and blood tests available through your doctor
- Allergy and food intolerance symptoms
- ADD/ADHD/ODD characteristics
- Elimination diets for those who are not allergic to food but intolerant
- Elimination diets for children with behaviour problems
- Alternative foods to milk and gluten
- Food additives (preservatives, colours, flavours) that sometimes cause problems
- Rotation diets
All assistance is given by phone, mail, email or at public meetings. We do not do home visits. There is no charge for any assistance given, but donations are welcome.
