As part of a large and reputable specialist aged care organisation this facility requires a Clinical Nurse Manager to work within their 65 bedded hospital.

Your role will entail:
Ensuring excellent clinical practice is implemented in accordance with the organisations philosophy and guidelines
Occupancy and financial management
Reporting
Risk management
Coaching, managing and developing staff

So if you are a Registered Nurse with recent Aged Care experience at a senior level, have excellent communication skills, strong leadership and management skills and a passion for best practice then this is the job for you.
