Clinical Manager – Aged Care – Christchurch

This Aged Care facility provides a hospital, palliative care and respite services for the elderly. Situated in beautiful surroundings they pride themselves in providing excellent care, wellbeing and dignity to their 54 residents.

They are looking for a Clinical Manager to join their great team of health professionals. You will responsible for:
Leadership and management of the clinical aspects of the facility and service delivery
Development, implementation and evaluation of careplans in accordance with guidelines and regulations
Staff education
Assisting Facility Manger to develop and achieve business plan and goals
Effectively communicate with all key stake holders
Resource management
Assistance with HR management

So if you are a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3 years experience in a senior RN aged care role, have excellent customer service, communication and people skills, have prior management experience and a passion for providing excellence in care and leading clinical performance I would love to hear from you.
