Charge Nurse required in North Auckland Aged Care facility

As part of a large reputable Aged Care organisation, my client requires a Charge Nurse for this 69 bedded resthome facility. You will be a Registered Nurse with experience in Aged Care and management.

Responsibilities include staff support and leadership, assisting the Unit Manager with day to day operational and quality management of the facility, ensuring excellence in service delivery to residents and their families, staff training, contribution to quality resident care, best practice and customer service and to deputise for the Unit Manager in their absence.

This is a permanent Monday to Friday role.
