Unit Manager required in South Auckland Aged Care facility

Exciting opportunity with a reputable Aged Care facility

My client requires a Unit Manager for this 80 bedded modern dementia care/hospital facility. You will be a Registered Nurse with experience in Aged Care and management.

Responsibilities include staff management, developing and maintaining, business plans and budgets, day to day operational and quality management of the facility, liaison with external agencies, provision of clinical and nursing leadership to the unit, ensuring excellence in service delivery to residents and their families, contribution to quality resident care and customer service.
