Nurse Manager – Aged Care – Central Auckland

My client has built a reputation as one of the finest aged care facilities in Auckland. Situated centrally this resthome, hospital, dementia care and assisted living facility provides quality care with a key focus on residents and their families.

As the Nurse Manager of this Resthome & Hospital you will be responsible for leading and managing the staff to ensure an excellent level of care is provided and best clinical practice is maintained. You will have prior experience in resource, finance and people management, have excellent communication skills and a strong interest in excellence of care and improvement of service.

We are looking for a Registered General Nurse with a post graduate qualification in management and/or nursing and with recent experience in management or nursing in an aged care hospital facility.
