Registered Nurse - Mental Health Service for Older People

Our client, based in the Waikato region in New Zealand has part time and full time positions available for Registered Nurses. The successful applicants would be expected to work any of the three shifts available in a 24-hour period, therefore flexibility is essential.

You will be required to be an active member of the nursing team and have:
• a recognised training and current registration of NZ nursing council and/or overseas
• experience in mental health nursing
• an interest in older people
• proven experience in delivering quality patient care
• a high level of interpersonal and communication skills
• an interest in professional development
• an ability to work as part of a team
• the ability to demonstrate a commitment to Mental Health Services for Older People

Overseas nurses need to comply to NZ Nursing Council's requirements for registration, amongst others you may need to pass an IELTS test with a score of 7 or higher (academic).
