The Emergency Department provides a 24/7 service to the Coromandel/Hauraki Plains communities. We are seeking applicants who are available to work rostered and on call shifts. Co-ordinator duties may also be part of the role.

Ideally you will have at least 2 years post registration experience in acute care nursing and can provide evidence of effective communication, therapeutic nursing assessment and critical thinking skills. Current IV cannulation, venepuncture, advanced cardiac life support, and plastering are preferred skills but training can be provided. Being a team player with a sense of humour, flexibility and the ability to prioritise are essential attributes.
